Information we expect to collect
Artist application details, newsletter signup information, contact messages, and limited technical or analytics information needed to operate and protect the website.
Why information is used
To review applications, respond to messages, deliver requested updates, maintain security, understand high-level site use, and prepare artist onboarding when selected.
Service providers
The production foundation uses Vercel for hosting and analytics, Neon for database infrastructure, Resend for email, and Prisma for database access. Final disclosures and data-processing terms require review.
Retention and access
Retention periods, access/correction rights, deletion requests, regional disclosures, and the final privacy contact must be established during legal review.
Public artist content
Submitting an application does not publish the submitted information. Public artist profiles are created through a separate editorial and onboarding process with artist approval.
